Before an order

An enquiry does not create a paid order. The written quote identifies the exact deliverable, included pages/checks, exclusions, price and applicable taxes, required permission, a specific due date, and correction and refund terms. Payment is requested only after scope and capacity are accepted.

Customer permission

You must own or have permission to request the review and allow the stated software- and AI-assisted processing. Only public information pages are accepted for the initial website check. No credentials, private records or intrusive testing are requested.

Delivery and corrections

The report is delivered electronically. One clarification or correction on the same agreed pages and scope can be requested within seven days of receipt. New input, requirements or production repairs are a separate quote.

If the agreed deliverable cannot be supplied, new work is paused and the delivery or refund is resolved through the original payment route. No blanket no-refund rule applies; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limits

A report records observations under its stated checks and time of review. It is not a security audit, legal advice, accessibility certification or guarantee of sales, SEO ranking, future compatibility or earnings. Production changes are excluded unless separately scoped and authorized.
